Iran Strikes Kuwait and Bahrain

Iran launched drone and missile attacks against Kuwait and Bahrain on Sunday, in response to U.S. airstrikes on the Islamic Republic. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps threatened a 'complete halt' to negotiations to end the war if Washington continues its attacks.

The Iranian strikes targeted U.S. military infrastructure in both countries, according to the Revolutionary Guard. Kuwait reported detecting and intercepting two ballistic missiles.

The U.S. strikes on Saturday hit Iranian missile and drone storage locations and coastal radar sites, according to President Donald Trump, who warned that the U.S. may be forced to 'militarily complete the job. ' The reciprocal strikes threaten to unravel progress made in peace talks held in Switzerland last week.

Iranian spokesman Abbas Araghchi stated in Baghdad that any interference or attempt to establish separate arrangements will delay the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and increase tension. In Lebanon, an Israeli soldier was killed by Hezbollah fire, also threatening the ceasefire agreement.
